Steemit is an open platform; anybody can check https://steemit.com/@arif-gazi/comments and see that you're posting the exact same comment to many people's blogs. Although your comment is not begging for upvotes or follows (and, is rather cryptic), it's still identical to other comments you've posted.
Also I see your reputation is at 7 (it starts at 25, and you just started around 20 days ago), so others must have noticed this already, as well. If I downvote when I see you post the same comment again, you can inform me with a reply to the comment that you have stopped this behavior, and I'll remove the downvote after verifying it at your above user page. But I won't be able to after 7 days, so there's a (Steemit-imposed) deadline.
