So, after speaking to the attorneys in the case, I am inclined to withdraw my objection. As no one is offering any new information, I think their rationale makes sense. So, if anyone has anything to say about this, now is the time. There are only 2-3 objectors, so if you really have a strong opinion one way or the other, let me know, because we are the only ones at this point that can present such information to the court, as far as I know.

I would object against the fact that they look at the value of the assets at the time. I think they should simply return what is ours. So if you can prove they were holding your DMD or whatever coin, they made the decision to run away with the assets so from my point of few I want those assets back. I wasn't holding dollars at the time but DMD. The fact that they are now worth 8 times more in dollars has got nothing to do with that. They could have been worth less as well.
At least as they committed fraudulent activity there has to be a compensation for loss of those assets, I want my DMD back not my dollars.
