I would say, with a small stake, you'd be better to concentrate it with projects you believe in, rather than spreading it out over many. This is the same issue I went through when I was new over on Steemit. It took awhile before I realized the power of targeting AND also the benefits of providing value via comments when I was in-between posts. It all adds up! :)
