Yes, we have been having weird weather here, too :) We had 20 degree temps last week and snow. Now it is 40s, sunny & windy...like really? LOL Oh well!

Yes, nice start to the New Year. We are working from home again, but I still go in to the office to manage video training.
Oh that's good! At least you can still interact a bit in person still. I have been working from home 100% since the beginning of 2021 so now I am used to it & loving it :)
Yeah, the better half is happy they keep pushing back the return to work. I have her setup with a nice full size desk and chair in the second bedroom. It has a futon for guests, so mostly her office.
