Water is not only an essential ingredient for sustaining life on earth but it’s equally important for a healthy body functioning.

Doctors advise to have 7-8 glasses of water in a day, mainly because our blood,plasma and other bodily fluids are derived from water. All the biochemical reactions in our body takes place in the presence of water as a medium. Another important role that water plays is the nerve impulse conduction.
Also all the nutrients, hormones, drugs etc. are transported evenly in the body if we drink sufficient water.
Drinking more water in the evenings can lead to frequent urination during the nights. So, we should try to take little more in the first half of the day as compared to the later one.
