hi ... these are all great sources of protein. If you are looking for more info on plant power... have you tried the Plant power (vegan) community here on Hive? I am vegan myself and there are some great shares on the community page. The BOSH cookbook is also a great one to use if you are looking for inspiration. I am currently doing Joe Wicks Bodycoach and he has a vegan plan too which ensures that you get the right mix of proteins, carbs etc for your body if you are doing fitness.
