Oh boy! I can sure relate to this whole post.
But especially this part:
Building a business is very challenging, and can really be frustrating to the point of tears. On top of that the stress of the many ways a business can fail, with a little hardship and health instability, and whamo the perfect recipe for quitting.
Add to that the naysayers and haters and it's amazing that we stick to this business building thing at all.
While I was working for my cousin in the Accounting office, He blocked off one or two days in a week depending on what was going on with his workload. He wouldn't take any in person appointments on that day or those days.
Seems like you're doing the same thing with your live streaming schedule.
