Can You Beleive I Wasted A Few Emails?
When I send an email because I am upgraded to Enterprise in ListNerds, I can send to 5,014 people. This is equal to 5014 mail credits. With my discounts that is equal to $21.60. I wave wasted almost $100 in ListNerd Email credits.
You may be wondering how I managed such a huge waste. It is simple I did not properly use the Auto Mailer. The purpose of the Auto Mailer is to help us to automate our communication with the ListNerd membership.
Please do not misunderstand this is 100% my fault. The Auto Mailer is completely awesome and very simple to use. I am always behind the proverbial 8 ball. So many times rather than the Professional Marketer, I feel like the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland.
Auto Mailer Success Tips
Whatever you do, do not load up the auto mailer and forget it. If you want a set it and forget it kind of setup, there will be some extra steps.
I announce a lot of my live streaming events in ListNerds. I must make new emails with proper dates and times. If I do this a week ahead of time or rather than using specific dates like March 7th I just say Saturday.
It is okay to use Twitter
I know that it is in my nature to fall behind. I can either use it as an excuse to fail or I can plan for it. I choose to plan for it. Nobody likes excuses because everyone has one and they all smell like crap.
To use Listnerds and the auto mailer to announce my events on autopilot, I use EZRotate for the link, and I must make my live stream schedule written in stone. That way I can just change the link inside of EZRotate, keeping the emails the same and relevant.
I just need to be aware of the wording and refer to days and times rather than calendar dates. When I say it is okay to use Twitter, I am saying it is okay to send people to a specific Twitter post that talks about your event in detail. There are a lot of Hive members on Twitter plus there are also a lot of people that would greatly benefit from Hive, but they just do not know it yet.

Just wondering. If you upgrade, do you send to a guaranteed amount of users even if you don't spend any mail tokens?

Yes, I upgraded to the Enterprise level. This gives me the ability to send to 5,000 people twice daily, so if I have 2 emails going out every day that is 10K random people every day. It does not touch my mail credits, so I can save them for more solo mails 😀

Wow! That much worth those MAIL credits? Could they be sold? I was wondering myself the other day how can I use fewer MAIL credits. When I was sending an email, the system took it all at once, an they were like 4 thousand. Now, I'm again around 5 thousand, but I don't if I want to use them all at once. Can they be used by chunks? Thank you!
Look at the image below. The Mail input box circled in the image is for you to put any amount of credits in that box, so you can start with as little as 1 mail credit to send to 1 person. The real value is in upgrading as each upgrade level allows you to send to a certain amount of people included in the upgrade so it will save you a lot of mail credits.
No mail credits are just for ListNerds use only they are not tradeable.
Ohhhhhh!!! I'm such an idiot!!!! Thank you for pointing this out!!! I wasted more than 4K of MAIL credits... How bad we can't trade them, I wish we can use them to upgrade our accounts, too! Thank you so much for helping me with this!!!
