Interesting to learn that the 10,000 steps a day is healthy was suggested over twenty years ago by a pedometer manufacturing company. I try to reach that amount every day just tracking on my phone.

Yes, that 10k steps has become mainstream no doubt and it is certainly a great goal to push for.
