This is a recipe inspired from the 'pachadi' a dish from the beautiful land of (India) Kerala, where it is an inevitable part of a vegetarian lunch.
It is prepared with cucumber, coconut and yogurt.
It is usually served as an accompaniment for White rice or Biryani .

- Cucumber : 1
- Green chilli :2
- Coconut Shreds : 1/2 cup
- yogurt : 5 Tsp
- Mustard seeds :1/2 Tsp
- Water:1/2 cup
- Oil - 3 Tsp
- Salt for Taste
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
