A lo que Amelia le respondió con un rotundo, -sí.
Para que ese hechizo resultara, Amelia tenía que dibujar a sus padres, y debía guardarlos en una caja con todos sus colores e implementos que utilizaba para dibujar.
Pero Amelia no dibujo a sus padres, sino una imagen de ellos, la imagen que ella percibía y consideraba real. A su madre, la dibujó como un dragón, porque a su parecer era muy molesta y ruidosa como ellos, los colores se encargaron también de hacerles representación, dicen, que cada persona posee un color en su alma. Amelia consideraba el azul, decía que su sangre debía ser de ese color, porque nadie que sintiera podía ser tan vacía como ella.
En cambio su padre, era un ogro, puesto que repugnaba el hecho que comiera la carne cruda, y lo consideraba desagradable. Para él los colores fueron: verde, como el vómito, y rojo, por la sangre que brotaba al picar la carne, según ella. Al culminar los cuadros se los llevo a Susej, y ella regresó a casa. Al llegar, exploró la casa buscándolos a ver si habían cambiado de actitud, no los encontró. Por último entró al estudio, su cuadro estaba colgado y ellos, atrapados en él.
Ella, al verlos decidió esconderlos en su caja y salir huyendo de allí, buscando respuestas en Susej, que nunca encontró. Luego pasado 18 años vagando, regresó a esa casa, donde había dejado sus pertenencias, esa caja donde había atesorado sus colores y la imagen de sus padres, no podía pasar sin antes dibujar la verdadera imagen de ellos, pero esta vez, Amelia había regresado sabiendo su condición.
