VEGETABLES OF VEGETABLE RECIPES PLIK U
- Leaves melinjo
- Long beans
- Young jackfruit
- Green eggplant
- Melinjo fruit
- Kalapa shaved
- Pliek U ¾ cup
- Salt to taste
- Shrimp ¼ kg - Kikil as you like
MATERIALS RUBBER MILLION RECIPES QUICK PLIK U
- 5 red chili
- Coriander grind 2 tbsp
- 2½ tbsp gongseng coconut
- Red onion 5 cloves
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 1 cm
- Cabe of cayenne 20 pieces
- Turmeric that has been smoothed 1 tsp
- Coriander cook 1 teaspoon
- Pepper ½ tbsp
-Sunti Sunti 4 pieces
MATERIALS OF PLUMBLES
• 9 pieces of green chili
• Onion 3 cloves
• Sau 2 cigarettes
• 10 pieces of orange leaves (on kruet)
HOW TO MAKE A RECIPE OF PLAF U ACEH
- Gongseng pliek u with low heat until the smell is fragrant.
- Add 1 cup water after boiling filtered (dispose of water).
- Blender pliek u that has been sliced and boiled until smooth.
- Boil melinjo fruit and young jackfruit that has been cut small until tender then lifted then dispose of boiled water
- Boil gravel until tender then lifted then dispose of boiled water
- Milled spices until smooth and chopped spice seasoning
- Squeeze the coconut shavings until it becomes a thin coconut milk
- Cut the soft boiled vegetables and add vegetables, seasoning, chopped flavor, shrimp, salt, pliek u into the pan and stir until blended. Enter the water a little and then boil.
- After smoky enter the thin coconut milk and stir slowly.
- When almost cooked enter the orange leaves (on kruet)
