1 bgks egg noodles (200 grams)
150 gr beef in thin slices + cacah (pake has dlm)
1 handheld toge
2 pieces of mustard caisim, cut into pieces
1 pcs carrots, cut into matches
2 spring onions, cut into pieces
2 pieces of red curly pepper (ato according to taste)
3 red bwang slices thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tsp beef cow powder (optional / saltable)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
cooking oil
1. Boil noodle smp soft level diinginkn. Drain. Give oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce, stir smp flat. Set aside.
2. Heat a little oil, saute onion + white and chilies smp fragrant. Enter the meat and cook smp change color.
3. Enter the vegetables (toge, caisim, green onion and carrots) cook all the vegetables withered and cooked. Pake a small fire aja, let out the natural water from vegetables and meat.
4. Enter the noodles and season with the remaining seasoning. Correction of flavors. Aduk2 smp water absorbed and noodles so warm and tanak. Turn off the fire.
