Asian food greatly contributes to weight loss. Rice, sushi, traditional soups and mushrooms have few calories and are ideal for a healthy body. More, they train each day through dance, tonify their muscles and that is why fat is not deposited in the body.

Actually, we think rice has a lot of calories, so a lot of girls don't eat rice for diet in Korea.
So ironic, right? They're working and practicing really hard but rarely eat!! That's insane :(
