Howdy Butterfly! I think everyone who has commented on this issue agrees with you that cremation is the best option and unless there's something I don't know about..it pretty much solves all the issues doesn't it?
The only drawback is not having a place to go and reflect and place memorial flowers or whatever. I'm so glad that you and your mom were close and even gladder that she is in Heaven! yay! lol. She's having a great time.
