@slowwalker I have NEVER had crab before, but I LOVE seafood (especially prawns!!!) and now I REALLY want to try it! It looks absolutely mouth watering! I love how they made it so bright and colourful with what looks like spring onions etc.

I am no chef, but I do love to cook and in my opinion, a good colour balance on a plate is like 99% of how appetizing something is to the recipient of the plate.

Looks like you and your mom definitely had happy tummies after that!

I completely agree with you @jaynie. A good color balance is exactly a real foodie would want.
