RE: Is Crypto Culture the Counterculture of OUR Generation?

in #culture7 years ago

Great article @buggedout, thanks for sharing!

I do agree with your theory of a counterculture - most people I talk to about crypto don't really seem to understand them. They all have a very similar viewpoint: Bitcoin made a lot of people rich but it's too late to get in. This is a point of view that I do not agree with!

We are in the midst of a digital revolution, and when people start to realise that, it will be too late. The early adopters will have done well and those who lagged behind will simply be in the same position as they are now.

It feels great to be involved in such a massive wealth transfer that is changing the world in to many ways, so I'm happy to be a part of today's counterculture. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks. I see this as more than a technological change. People think they've missed out on the riches but are still thinking about money in an old world way. Most still don't realise that there is a massive cultural change that will likely come with this technology change.

Yes I agree, and it is beginning to naturally integrate with society which means it will surpass them and they will end up using it without reaping the initial monetary benefits. Thanks for replying, loving your content.
