Rattus spirituus(The spiritual rat)

in #culture7 years ago

How our health is being affected by rodents.
Behold I know of black rat (Rattus rattus), Norway rat( Rattus novegicus) and other rats given different scientific name.
Rattus spirituus from d way I coined it, originates from a scene which makes me to give the deadly rat such a name.
This rodent I call Rattus spirituus caused d death of an old woman. She stepped her leg on a left over food and went to sleep like that. It was on the night the rat came and started feeding on on woman's right toe, as it eats, it blows a cool air on her her toe so that she would not feel the biting.
The following morning as she woke up, she started feeling a sharp, terrible pain. You know sometimes, we link most of our problems to spiritual things (The major reason I named it Rattus spirituus).
This event causes a terrible disease on d woman's right leg and makes her leg to look swollen, showing her veins. She was taken to so many hospital and at the end she was asked to be transferred to UCH in Ibadan and that they might likely amputate her right leg.
To cut my story short, the woman eventually died at the end of the day.
Hmmmmm.. This tells the story of The rat that eats human flesh... Which I basically name as Rattus spirituus.
It's a lesson to us all, let's maintain all forms of healthy values to prevent rats at our home and to prevent fever caused by ratbite. IMG_20180201_225617_338.jpg

thank you for sharing this. Do you know what the spiritual significance of witches weed (striga asiatica) is in Africa and in the USA? I have some ideas, but would like to hear from you as well.

There is a story i found online on how an African Shaman put a curse on slave owners and sent this seed with slaves to America. This weed is now found in plantations and farms where toxic chemicals were and are being used, ruining the crops of the slave owners.
