I think this is fantastic use. In regards to honor systems, I've discovered they only work in certain cultures. Sadly, there are just some cultures where it would not work. Here in North Idaho, at every boat ramp into the many, many lakes, there is a board that has safety precautions posted and there are always life vests to be borrowed. This photo is not mine -
