The worst part of all of this is that you can be a strong, independent woman, and still rely on a man/husband. My wife is very strong and independent, the virtues feminism pushes, but she knows she can rely on me to have a job that allows her to stay at home with our kids and take care of them in ways a public school system can't. There are way too many extreme knee-jerk reactions by everyone. A lot of issues could be smoothed out by doing more listening than talking.
