VOTE-ON CURATION TEAM STRUCTURE
Vote-on curation team consist of finders and verifiers. The finders are to look around for quality and exceptional posts, while verifiers review and curate the posts. This will enable quality content submission and vote. Low-quality post submitted by finders will be rejected, finders reward will be based on the total number of approved post.

Finders can become verifiers after being consistent with the submission of high-quality content for 5 months. Through excellent quality content finding, anyone can be a verifier. Finder approval rate will be determined by the Number of post approved/Number of post submitted

Finder Approval Rate = (Number of posts approved) / (Number of posts submitted)

Vote-on is based on curating only the best-undiscovered content on WEKU, thereby keeping vote-on vote credible. Vote-on will not be curating posts within the first 150 minutes and will not vote a post above 24 hours also, Vote-on will not be voting on posts above W$30 after 150 minutes. This will enable Vote-on Finders to find exclusive contents that truly needs to be voted on. Vote-on will be curating only accounts from reputation 30 to 59 that are verified.

Revenue source for Vote-on
Vote-on revenue will largely be from curation rewards, authour posts and donation to the account. The 70% of the revenue will be distributed to Vote-on contributors while 30% goes to power up Vote-on.

If revenues are low, contributors are rewarded less. If there’s a sudden increase in revenue, there will be high rewards and the financial personal will take charge of balancing the balance sheet.

Curation On Vote-on
A finder goes to get content and submit it to vote-on, after which the verifier reviews the quality of the content before voting on it. For some post, the verifier might seek the help of other verifiers before curating. Poor quality posts are disapproved by the verifier.

Each week, finders receive curation point based on their performance. Curation Point is the number of posts approved multiplied by approval rate squared. The approval rate is the percentage of total submissions made by each which are approved.
Curation Point = (Number of posts approved) * (Finder approval Rate * Finder approval Rate)

Based on their Curation Score, each finder is set a certain submission limit for the following week in a tiered submission limit structure. Top Finders have unlimited submissions available, while poor Finders are restricted and ultimately disqualified from submitting to Vote-on.

The criteria for each tier are predetermined by reviewers and advisor to Vote-on, depending on the voting power budget.
