For the same reason I called bs on the guilds when they got going, the same reason I am now downvoting sp delegation, I don't want to rob from everybody to give to somebody.
I do admit that free speech was higher on my list than reward pool draining when I called out the guilds, but your contest takes that into consideration, whereas the guilds told me upfront that nothing controversial was going to be heard from them.
I hope the community continues to inspire you as @ebryans has, we got some good ones here.
He @freebornangel. Yes, my contest actaully allows winners to use 50% of my power which would not trigger rewards high enough to warrant a flag. Makes no sense to give a large quantity to someone - then have smooth take it back just before payout.
I for one rarely use more than 15% on any post.
What are the mechanics of this delegation?

nice I'm still scared of bot curation and trails, it just doesn't fit my style, I'm half AI anyway :D btw would you like a 3D avatar, it would be pretty much the same, but I can maybe make it more easy to spot, anyways cheers for being the first to do a smart delegation and give to people who deserve it, other whales we more easy-going and the guilds got them(mostly good, but sometimes :| ) :D you whale-people basically make money by giving others money which is a strange concept :D
It didn't look like I could customize vote weight by author, just as a list.
