Good call: he pulls out about 320 SP/week but he also has more than 340K of SP for voting. That means he earns less than a 1 SP in rewards per 1000 SP. In comparison currently I earn about 4 SP per 200 SP used for voting in a week.
While his rewards are great in absolute value these are not so great in relative terms.
The bad thing for trailing accounts is that he is a whale, so trailing accounts do not get as much after his vote. Even his 4% vote is huge.
And even more important thing is that his trail is big. That is good for him and people at the top of the list, but it is bad for people towards the end of the list. I do not think that they make any rewards at all.
