This seems like a wonderful project @stellabelle and will be a great complement to curie and steem guild. Those projects have particular guidelines which curators follow, but here your guideline is purely views, so you could help out the people who are falling through the cracks of the guidelines of the other two prominent curation projects!

Exactly, I conceived of it as a complimentary thing, and with time, there would hopefully be no need for it. It's to catch authors who have high engagement and low payout.
It sounds great to me! I think that is the goal of all curation efforts, keep them going until they are no longer needed. As distribution slowly evens out rewards will get progressively more even. :D
