So curation for me and especially, with regards to the developing nations is bigger than quality content and involves alot more, "the human". If the human is in the right frame of mind, feels happy, feels good about himself, feels wanted, is inspired, stays motivated etc "quality of content" is guaranteed.

This is a very deep statement and you really right about it. It is when things are going on fine that ideas will surface and creativity will be put at work.
When there are issues to be dealt with how do you right perfectly and sensibly. I sure really agree with you. Imagine someone that is face with paying school fees with a deadline already given. Such individual can never think straight much more now write something qualitative.
