Your VP less then 80% is self-explanatory that why your curation APR fluctuates between 7% to 14%.
Now you allow VP to recharge it will drop to 8%.
Suddenly you upvote so much , curation APR will increase.

You are right. If I would like to have a stable curation APR, then I should pay more attention to my voting power, and I should keep it above 80%.
