RECIPE: Banana Pudding

BANANA PUDDING

Good friends. Here I bring a post of a recipe for a dessert to share with our children, family or friend. Very simple and quick.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Parboiled banana
4 Tablespoon of Maizena
1 Egg
2 Tablespoon of sugar
1 Cup of milk
1 Yeaspoon vanilla

PREPARATION:

Simple and Fast. Liquefy all the ingredients and prepare the mold candy

To caramelize the mold You need:
1 Cup of water
1 Cup of sugar

Place the water and sugar in the mold or container, and place it over a low heat, watch for the sugar to dissolve until it is golden brown, preventing it from burning because the taste would be bitter.

Add all the mixture in the mold in carameled, and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes (I can also put it in Maria's bathroom for 40 minutes)

Then let stand and unmold. Getting a tasty dessert to taste (eat cold)
