The world of Unreal Engine

in #curie2 years ago

After quite some time away due to many reasons and a few life changes I'm back and can't wait to share everything I've been up to with you all. I'm hard at work in Unreal Engine to learn as much as I can and really build a strong portfolio.

Here's a small WIP of a scene I'm currently making. I combined a massive 3d landscape with a cloud simulation and an animation of an airplane. There's still some lighting work that needs to be done and the animation is still in the early stages hence the images and not a video yet. Still, I wanted to share and showcase a little preview of what I'm aiming for. It definitely has a flight simulator vibe at the moment but I'm trying to give it a little more realistic look and feel.

Would love to know what you all think. Thanks and can't wait to share more of my 3D and photography work in the future.

Hey welcome back! Unreal is becoming true to its name indeed, been watching some videos on youtube about how they're evolving and it's quite fascinating and what it'll mean for gaming in the near future, pretty sure hardware will evolve along with it too to handle it.

Since you been away a while, I'd recommend checking out some communities on Hive btw, it's kind of like subreddits so you may find it easier to find interested readers to certain niche of content.

Thank you. It's good to be back again. Yea Unreal Engine is truly amazing and it's only going to get better with time.

I'll for sure check out some of the new communities.
