It would really be helpful to let us know how you select these posts. I mean, I'd love to know the exact process: how you find them, what criteria do you use for the initial pre-selection, and what are the variables that you use to make the final selection.

If you have all these in order, you might delegate a part of your work to some other curators: you could split let's say into chunks of 20 posts, and each curator can check out all the posts in his chunk. In the end, you can be the one that makes the final selection out of all posts selected by your curators.
