Hello everyone,
many of you know (or don't know) that I am a part of the Curie community!
What is Curie?
Curie is a community witness and a meritocratic community curation project.
Following are Curie’s main goals:
- To discover and reward undiscovered but exceptional content by
persistent creators with limited success. - To empower quality curators.
- To develop a curation community on Steem.
- To build communities.
- To serve as a community witness.

How did I get there?
By lucky chance. I noticed some of my blogs getting a vote from Curie, so I searched around the blockchain for answers. I loved what I found and worked very hard to become part of the community.
What do I do?
My main goal is to find exceptional posts and submit them for Curie reward (upvote). That is time consuming but worthy task, as you are influencing the developing the whole steemit. If I put enough time and effort, someone who is new, writes excellent blogs and has no rewards can potentially get rewarded. Sounds good, right?
I have been part of the Curie over nine months and after showing good results I have the opportunity to be a mentor for new generation of curators.
Mentoring
This blog can be your lucky chance! If you are ready to work hard and learn how to find those unique posts, this is a place for you. It's not an easy task, but it is possible to be very successful at it. Curating is a skill that can be learned and with that in mind @milosm2302 and myself made an entire channel on Discord dedicated to learning just that. You are welcome to join!
Contact
If you are interested in becoming a part of Curie team and you are prepared to learn, feel free to contact me on Discord @Tamacvet#5482 or @Milosm#9774 for instructions.
With love,
Tamara
I LOVE @curie! You guys do awesome things to improve steemit and help new members and all great content creators. Please consider me a follower and supporter of your group and efforts. 👍🏻👌🏻❤️
Thank you @arosebunch
great initiative @tamacvet! :)
Thanks @andywong31 :D You know how much there is to be learned :D
Curie is probably the best initiative on steemit. I remember how motivating it was to get a curie when I first started out. You guys do a lot of good work sifting through a ton of posts to find the gems.
I will mull over becoming part of the team as I'm a bit stretched time-wise right now and posting stories is taking up most of my steemit time. I will keep in mind to message you though for instructions @tamacvet :)
That is such an amazing thing to hear and a huge compliment coming from a great writer!
Be sure to contact me whenever you are ready to try!
Thank you and will do @tamacvet :)
I am so excited to be learning from you! (I have been quietly watching.. didn't run away.. lol)
I'm so glad that you are a part of our mentoring group! I expect a lot from you :)
Well, I don't really know if it was all your help that did it, but my last post was curated by you guys, and it went exceptionally. Thanks!
Yes! One of the many Curie curators found your post and reviewers decided to reward it!
Congrats! And thank you!
Hi @tamacvet. ☺️ I saw this post. I've always been a fan of @curie. Do you have qualifications to become curie curator? I'm too shy to message you in discord. Haha 😄
It would be better to talk there :)
I tried to message you on discord, but your name isn't coming up?
Eh, I think I just sent you a friend request...
You did, we can talk there.
Hi Tamara, congratulations on earning one of the top curator spots. I just added you on Discord. I've been poking around seeing how I might throw myself in the running for a Curator position and I'd love to learn more. I've been curied a few times and I'd really like to contribute to the project. Thank you!
Feel free to contact me there, on Discord and I will get back to you as soon as I can!
Thank you! I'm actually now in the Incubator channel on the Curation Collective as of last night. I'm very excited about it! Fingers crossed that I will become good enough to join your ranks.
I hope so and good luck! :)
Sounds really interesting. I've been going through some posts. But I have to understand the system better. Not sure if I curate content on my account or just handing it to Curie? I see that you curate a lot on you blog too.
