Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity is far too complex for a lot of people but a high school student from the Philippines explained it in a winning video earning her $250,000 in scholarship prize.
Hillary Diane Andales won the 2017 Breakthrough Junior Challenge for her video explaining the theory of relativity. In her video entitled Relativity And The Equivalence of Reference Frames, the 18 year old student used the numbers 6 and/or 9, a truck, a ball, a light, and Usain Bolt to explain reference frames and how sound, light, and time are relative to the observer's frame of reference.
For example, the honking pick up truck produces high pitch, mid pitch, and low pitch sounds altogether depending on the location of the observer. The observer on the back of the truck can claim that the honk is high pitch, while an observer onboard the truck can argue that it is mid pitch and the observer in front of the truck heard a low pitch sound.
Who is right? All of them because the sound they heard is relative to where they are when the soundwaves from the honk reach them. To make it more interesting, the truck can produce an infinite number of sound to an infinite number of observers.

The very difficult concept explained so easily. I really liked analogy of frequency i.e. doppler effect explained in analogy to relativistic effect. Einstien would be proud. Thanks for the post.
Nice share. thank you.
Brilliant.
Wow. I can feel myself being Enlightened
A very wise reference. Indeed to get her very difficult. So it is with us in Indonesia. My sister
