How I determine who is awake or waking up is by saying a few general things. His or her answer can help me determine where they stand. The bigger problem is, not necessary who is awaken but who are willing to stand up which is few and far in between.
The symbol or flag is a bad idea, especially if we are autonomous. Governments across the world are known for infiltrating autonomous movements by starting their own movement with the same name to discrediting the name. We also have to exclude most military and police in the movement, for obvious reasons. Especially if they are still active duty. While I don't support all of the following groups, CIA/FBI infiltrated these groups: Boogaloo, KKK, Black Panthers, Localized BLM, and various Pan African groups. Their major weakness is these groups are autonomous. Anyone can start and be in the group and speak on behalf of the group.
In terms of actual boots on the ground, all we need is about 20 percent of the population as most people are non-factors and will simply go along with whoever wins.
