both her and the family dog Carmle enjoyed it alot

Kohlrabi is a vegetable that looks like a root vegetable, but grows aboveground. It has edible leaves also which are good in a salad, or sauteed lightly, etc. Doesn't taste like romaine lettuce so expect a distinct flavor in regards to the leaves. The vegetable itself was quite good raw with nothing added. But the saute made it even better for sure, and the dogs agreed.

waited a bit long to harvest it, should normally be the size of a baseball

cut off the top and bottom. Sliced off the skin like you would an apple

sliced the leaves up and threw them in the pan as well for a light sautee to keep nutrients

NOT SURE WHY IT UPLOADED VERTICALLY WHEN I CAPTURED IT SIDEWAYS, VERY DUMB
