The United States is ramping up cyber operations targeting Russia and other so-called adversaries, in what US National Security Advisor John Bolton says is a response to election meddling.

I think the more apt question is, "Is there anyone Bolton isn't trying to go to war with?"

Of course, there likely have been quite a few offensive actions in the past, but this probably signifies a brazen overt counter-offensive against anyone they feel may have been behind some action.

I don't know why anyone would hire this idiot. He should be annoying his relatives at the dinner table, not talking to the public from a position of authority.
