RE: NFL Week 2 Afterthoughts

Bill Belichick is the master in making something of nothing when it comes to injury. Given anyone would be worried with those injuries, but there's a sense of security knowing him that everything will work out.
And it definitely doesn't hurt when Tom Brady is managing the football.

A master he is indeed....tho I think Belichick is overrated on the offensive side of the football. People are quick to credit him with a 3-1 start last year but that against a weak schedule and they were shut-out by the Bills with Brisett. Yes, they went 11-5 under Matt Cassell in 2008 but they MISSED THE PLAYOFFS and won 5 more games with Brady the year before. Belichick went 5-13 over a season and change with former #1overall pick Drew Bledsoe who also made the pro bowl multiple times and took the Pats to the Super Bowl. I think BB has evolved as an offensive coach but D has always been his forte, and the only way I see the Pats having the fortitude to beat the Ravens, Steelers, Broncos and some of the NFC giants, is to get healthy at WR. They brought in multiple WRs for tryouts today. They simply don't have the personnel right now, and someone will have to step up as a surprise or I'm afraid they might be knocked out before the Super Bowl this year.
