I wanted to write this in support with the following tag #dailyfoodphotography . Do check it out with the following link. So on to the post. I was having lunch at Sushi Zanmai yesterday and I ordered this:
Halfway through the meal, I noticed that Ikura Chawanmushi has so much in common with Steemit. Well, Ikura Chawanmushi is made from steam ... get it? Steam?
Alright, I thought that was funny. Anyways, here are a few similarities between Ikura Chawanmushi and Steemit:
Looks simple but its extremely difficult to make
Have you ever tried making Ikura Chawanmushi? It is extremely difficult. You would have to slay a dragon, steal its eggs, marinate it . As for the Chawanmushi, don't get me started. Steaming the egg with the right ingredients is easy. Keeping the Chawanmushi together requires skills of a master Samurai.
Similarly, when it comes to writing on Steemit, it does take mad skills to write well. However, there is so much more than just writing, there is the promotion, the bots, the posting time and so much more.
It is an improvement over the original
The difference between normal Chawanmushi and Ikura Chawanmushi is the same between Blogging and Steemit. They are essentially the same thing, but the Ikura on the Chawanmushi makes such a difference that you would not even consider eating normal Chawanmushi after trying Ikura Chawanmushi.
The same goes for blogging and Steemit, I've got to say the whole system for upvoting is like the awesome feeling of having the Ikura popping in your mouth. Another similarity between Ikura Chawanmushi and Steemit is that they are both an improvement of the original. It is something more.
You get hooked to it
Just like having Ikura Chawanmushi for the first time, once you have tried Steemit for the first time, you will get completely hooked. Although I have to say, I think I am more hooked to Steemit than I am to Ikura Chawanushi. Perhaps after a year or two, there may even be a term for Steemit addiction
Add some uni on top, hmmm delicious. This reminds me my past ecp working in japanese restaurant.
Wow.. You worked at a Japanese restaurant? Must be so cool
I have yet to try uni. The price here is a deterrent.
yeah 2 japanese restaurants ive worked so far. both still affordable for most people here. not very expensive la. main dish from 20-50 ringgit
