Pancit Malabon is a Filipino dish that is a type of pancit, or stir-fried noodle dish, which originated in Malabon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. I decided to make my own version of it that I cooked in a big pan and flavor seasoned with patis and crab fat. Putting an cut boiled eggs on top of it that makes it more delicious.
