Mat of Tesco Seaweed Bangkok Thailand dailyfoodphotography

I have a new mat of 100% dried seaweed, and it is resting on its packaging. I just got this from my little Tesco down the street and decided to show you what it looks like before I cut some of it up.

This is actually about three mats, folded up on each other and will last me six weeks, eating it everyday. I use kitchen scissors and get small squares of this to add to any soup or salad. Recently I showed you what the seaweed looks like cut up on top of some soaked barley.

I can also buy any number of seaweed snacks, but they have other ingredients for flavor and also have oil on them. I prefer to get it plain and doctor it up how I like it. This is also much less expensive. This package is 30 thb and the snacks are only a few servings for much more cost.

I use a Canon ELPH160 point and shoot camera for my photos.

I lost weight by learning new skills and applying them. What I thought I knew about health and weight loss was all wrong. Anyone can do this if I did. I will help you if you ask me to.

Did you post the right photo? I have looked repeatedly, trying to find something that looks like food... :-)

lol - you will love it if you try it! Unless you eat a lot of fish or take supplements, you are not getting enough iodine. Once you do - energy increases :)

I will recommend this for my sis

It's very good for adding iodine and the flavor is mild :)

Then i will have a taste of it.. Yummy

have u tried eating fresh seaweed? it's good too...@jezz90
