Nogizaka 46 is one of the most famous female idol group in Japan. They had a TV program 「東京絶品神グルメ乃木坂46の食べるだけ」that introduced delicious food in Tokyo. This Ramen Restaurant is located in Ginza! For such a high rent district, I know the price of ramen would not be as low as the normal one...
因為乃木坂46 的飲食節目「東京絶品神グルメ乃木坂46の食べるだけ」介紹，來了這間位於銀座的拉麵店。銀座是日本貴價地段，只有少數拉麵店會在這裏開業，而且價格不菲，我也有一定心理準備⋯
乃木坂46 節目內成員們吃的是ふぐだし潮らーめん 極み 1,650円，價格是1650円。我真心覺得昂貴，所以我點的是基本ふぐだし潮らーめん，如果真的好吃的話日後再來吃也不遲。
The rental fee in Ginza is high. This ramen shop is at the underground of 東急プラザ. The decoration is clean and clear. The menu showing that the price of ramen is pretty high!
拉麵店在東急プラザ銀座地底，畢竟在高貴地段，當然可不能像街頭小店般地道市井。食店很整潔，門面很乾淨。跟一般拉麵店也一樣，先到自動售票機買票。看看菜單的選擇，種類繁多。以最基本的拉麵，可配搭很多 topping。
The price of ramen is ranged from 1100 Yen to 2200 Yen, which is over my expectation.
食店拉麵款式和配搭選擇很多，價格由1100円起，最貴是2200円，價格比我想像中更高！

No matter how high the price, Nogizaka 46 fans went there. haha...And there are the members' autograph.
這是因為食材、銀座，再加上乃木坂46效應？有很多乃木坂46 粉絲也確實去了朝聖呢！因為有秋元真夏、生田絵梨花、高山一実、西野七瀬、堀未央奈的簽名相架。
The bowl is cute! Guest can pour the soup to the rice with different ingredients.
等了六七分鐘拉麵來了。這個碗很有趣，可以把湯倒進茶漬飯的裝置，調味柚子和唐辛子；拉麵和食材擺放很好看，看來是一碗很好吃的拉麵呢。
Why is the ramen expensive? The Puffer fish (swellfish blowfish globefish puffer balloonfish) is one of the reason! The soup is light with a little bit salty. Overall, it was good for ladies!
先喝一口湯，清澈好喝和少塩味的魚湯，喝了三口才捨得吃麵；麵條是細麵，即是中硬度幼麵，全粒粉帶小麥香結實好吃；雞蛋很特別，因為蛋黃濃厚跟蛋黃比例與坊間拉麵店的不同，圖中可見蛋白相對小；河豚（雞泡魚）肉爽彈，貴價食材只有一塊不夠喉呢！哈哈⋯
During the middle of the meal, I pour some grape juice to the ramen. Aroma and taste are even better!
中段加點柚子汁，令湯汁更加清香，整體是一碗很清淡新鮮的拉麵，很適合女士吃。魚湯汁非常好喝，確實應該以湯混飯作茶漬飯吃，相信會更加享受！

ぜんじゅくたまごお願いします。因為店家會統一蛋的煮法，不知道可不可以呢。有些店會有麵的軟硬度、湯濃度選擇、半熟或溫泉蛋，但是很小見可以選全熟蛋。🤔
