Here's the Process:
Tortang Talong (Eggplant Omelet)
Grill the Eggplant
Remove the skin
Soaked in a beaten egg mixture with 1 sachet magic sarap, Chopped Onions, and ground Pepper, and FRY!
Here's how i steam the bangus .........
STEAM BANGUS ( Steam Milkfish)
First, you need to clean and drain the Milkfish, set aside. prepare Chopped onions, chopped tomato, black pepper, kalamansi juice, chopped garlic, Mixed together and put inside the Bangus and sprinkle with olive oil and soy sauce. lastly wrapped it in the foil. and Steam!

it is looking much tasty but I am non-vegetarian. Beside this, we call this Bengun in Urdu :)
