Good afternoon fellow Steemer's. In my last post about our seafood dinner we had last night. And now I have our garlic butter prawns we also had last night. So easy to cook and so yummy.
I took my cast iron skillet and put my prawns into the pan to let cook for a few minutes to remove any excess moisture before I add my butter and garlic. After cooking for a few minutes I drained the excess water from the pan
We are now ready to add the butter and chopped garlic, then let cook until the tails turn an orange color
You don't have to cook the prawns cook for very long, otherwise they will be tough to chew. After about 8 minutes there good to go
Once done plate them up and your ready to enjoy. Bon Appetit
