Good day friends, today I wanna share to you a simple Filipino style Ensaladang Kangkong and Okra. (kangkong-water spinach, okra-lady's finger)
Meat is one of pinoy favorite food but we need to be healthy so I prepared this for healthy living. It is easy to prepared you just need to boil the kangkong and okra.
Then slice onion, tomatoe to a small pieces and mix to the boiled kangkong and okra. Add some seasoning to suite your taste and you have a healthy Ensalada.
It is cheapper and easy to prepared unlike other ensalada that we know.
Try it now and surely you may like it.
