Welcome to my blog and food series on the Omakase Menu Experience.

This is the last dish and dessert. COFFEE TIRAMISU

Let us do a quick recap, on the dishes in the Omakase Menu Experience so far.

5. SIGNATURE HOT DISHES - THE BLACK COD MISO

6. WILD MUSHROOM TOBAN-YAKI

7. COLD NOODLES WITH TSUYU BROTH

Today we have dish numero 8 and it is the last dish of the Omakase Menu Experience.

This dish is what it is x100 of flavours in your mouth. The soft foam and bitter chocolate along with the layers of tiramisu inside the cup all combines into an explosion of experiences. It is perfect for those who like a little luxury and decadence in their sweet treats.

It was a great way to also end off the whole dinner. As you might have guessed, it is crazy! on the amount of food we had consumed - 8 courses!! We were BLOATED! but what a great way to end with one of culinary more high end desserts.

Ultimately, it was of the same standards and calibre of the other dishes and was memorable enough for me to think, wow, this is probably the best tiramisu dessert I have tasted.

I rate this dish - 9/10.

It looks so lovely and must be delicious. Wish i have a chance to taste this Coffee Tiramisu.
