Beef Bulalo
Bulalô is a beef dish native to Southern region in the Philippines. It is made by cooking beef shanks and marrow bones until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth.
That ”utak” inside the bone marrow is to die for! Uhm, quite literally. LoL
