When comparing EOS to Steem, STEEM is two years old already though.
Yet, Steem does not have that advantage. You mean the Steemit interface, an app on the Steem blockchain, has that advantage.
That’s initially a rather confusing element about the Steem blockchain.
Steem is the underlying base layer blockchain.
Steemit is an app which brings a UI (User Interface) and the simplicity you mention. Other similar apps are busy.org, the eSteem app, and also the partiko mobile app just to mention a few. They all bring the simplicity which isn’t yet found on many apps on both ETH and EOS. But is, indeed, a major element for adoption.
Thanks for clarifying.
Yes, I was indeed referring to the UI apps such as Steemit which bring that easy-to-use element to the platform. This is a big factor for adoption as a large portion of users joining to blog are not technical-minded.
It's true that this element will eventually be implemented in upcoming EOS apps.
Trybe is one I've started to use and it's pretty cool!
Until then, Steem still has an edge from a user experience perspective IMO.
Trybe is WordPress based btw. Trybe could easily include an option to also submit to the Steem blockchain, using @steempress.
