In today's post I just want to share my experience how I curse the hot summer.. I almost experienced the heat-stroke because of my everyday work meeting up people at the hot places..
So,I want you guys to remember some of the tips how you can beat the heat especially this month.

When the temperature reaches 90°F or above:
▪️ Stay out of the sun. Avoid going outsideduring thw hottest part of the day, noon to 4p.m..
▪️Limit your activity. Reserve vigorous exercise or activities for early morning or evening.
▪️Dress properly. Wear a large-brimmed hat and light colored, light weight, loose-fitting clothing that breathes. Don't go shirtless--a sweaty shirt will keep you cooler than bare skin..
▪️Drink plenty of liquids. Fluids help you sweat, which is your body's way of cooling off. Drinks lots of water, juice or sports drinks.
▪️Avoid hot, heavy meals. They increase your metabolism, causing an increase in your body temperature.
▪️Keep it cool. Take a cool bath or shower once or twicea day and visit air-conditioned places such as malls.
Stay hydrated for you to feel comfortable.. And also brings extra umbrellas, hat when you go outside..

Living in hot climate I find wearing pure cotton helps, all the things you mention are excellent advice, those who live in hot climates, take note.
Remember 4 legged friends need water and cool places as well, never leave children or dogs in hot cars whilst shopping.
So glad we are entering into the winter months again @liyah09 I don't like the heat!
