Hi everyone
I'm Emmanuel (@sintoniz) and I live in Spain.
My native language is Spanish and I learned English as a second language during my academic studies, living with English speakers and traveling the world.
I'm a telecommunications engineer graduated from the University of Vigo (SPAIN), I have worked in the development of web projects mainly related to ecommerce. I also teach programming subjects at a private school in my city.
I joined Steemit in December 2017 and have participated in the UTOPIAN.IO initiative as contributor in two categories (19 rewarded contributions in translation category and 3 rewarded contributions in analysis category.)
Why should I be a translator Utopian-Davinci team?

As I have already participated as a translator in Utopian, I already learned:
- To use tools such as Crowdin and Github,
- To make reports with clear "Proof of work" and of course
- To follow the Utopian Rules for translations.

Perhaps my main strength is having good technical knowledge on a variety of topics:
- Programming (databases, java, python, PHP, HTML)
- Finance and Trading
- Ecommerce
- Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies
Some technical texts to be translated correctly not only require a translator who knows both languages but a precise technical knowledge. For example: The word ORDER-(en) in a context of "trading" must be translated as ORDEN-(es) and in a context of "eCommerce" it must be translated as PEDIDO-(es).

As I see that all the team of translators for the Spanish language are from Venezuela and taking into account that there are several types of Spanish, I would like to emphasize that my Spanish is the one used in Spain, in case this can be considered positive to extend the wealth of translations.

Soy Emmanuel (@sintoniz) y vivo en España.
Mi lengua materna es el español y aprendí inglés como segundo idioma durante mis estudios académicos y también viviendo con personas que hablaban inglés y viajando por el mundo.
Soy ingeniero de telecomunicaciones licenciado en la Universidad de Vigo (ESPAÑA). He trabajado en el desarrollo de proyectos web relacionados principalmente con el comercio electrónico y también enseño materias de programación en una escuela privada en mi ciudad.
Me uní a Steemit en diciembre de 2017 y he participado en la iniciativa UTOPIAN.IO como colaborador en dos categorías (19 contribuciones remuneradas en la categoría de traducción y 3 contribuciones remuneradas en la categoría de análisis).
¿Por qué debería ser un traductor en el equipo de Utopian-Davinci?

Como ya he participado como traductor en Utopian, ya aprendí
- A usar herramientas como Crowdin y Github,
- A hacer informes con claras "pruebas de trabajo" y por supuesto
- A seguir las reglas de UTOPIAN para las traducciones.

Tal vez mi principal fortaleza es tener un buen conocimiento técnico sobre una variedad de temas técnicos:
- Programación (bases de datos, java, python, PHP, HTML)
- Finanzas y o negociación bursátil o Trading
- Comercio electrónico
- Blockchain y Cripto-monedas
Para traducir correctamente algunos textos técnicos no sólo se requiere que el traductor conozca ambos idiomas, sino también tener un conocimiento técnico correcto. Por ejemplo: La palabra ORDER- (en) en un contexto de "trading" debe traducirse como ORDEN-(es) y en un contexto de "comercio electrónico" debe traducirse como PEDIDO- (es )

Como veo que todo el equipo de traductores para el idioma español son de Venezuela y teniendo en cuenta que hay varios tipos de español, me gustaría destacar que mi español es el que se utiliza en España, por si esto puede ser considerado positivo para ampliar la riqueza de las traducciones.
