Today, we know that dark matter is exactly where it should be and that it’s not interacting with other masses, including itself. This, according to scientists, reveals how little knowledge there is in this field, and how much we still have to learn..

We already mentioned this issue several times and today, once again, we are referring to the worrying article that warns us about how plastics are polluting our planet.

A recent study published in Science Advances shows how compostable garbage, that we usually use to fertilize fields, are actually rich in microplastics which therefore end up in our soils. It is not clear what is the fate of these pollutants when they reach the ground, but they could easily be absorbed by plants or end up in aquifers, entering our diet.

Come al solito, una bella collezione di articoli interessanti che ci mostrano quanto poco conosciamo del nostro universo e quanto abbiamo da scoprire ed apprendere; che ci rendono più consapevoli degli effetti disastrosi delle nostre politiche di consumo matto e disperato sull'ambiente, ma che ci danno anche qualche speranza per un futuro più sostenibile! Interessante anche l'articolo sulle distorsioni cognitive, ci aiuta a comprendere alcuni meccanismi molto diffusi e comuni (sfido chiunque a non avere mai distorto una situazione in qualche modo!). Sono state letture piacevoli ed istruttive!
