dCity - Everyone Loves Pizza

My adjustments to my dCity last week made a positive impact. Even though my income is still negative, I am now receiving a tax rebate which pays me daily Sim tokens.

Three days ago, a Power outage hit my city reducing my daily SIM income to 2 SIM from 3 SIM. Even though this is a very small number as a percentage of the SIM income received, it is very large - around 30% of my SIM income gone.

I have always said start small and remember that every penny counts. It is the same here.

Well the bad news is that another crisis hit my city today. This time it was a double whammy hitting the entire world - an Economy Crisis and Pandemic. Doesn't this sound familiar? Sounds like my city is impacted by real world events.

The good news is that the daily SIM income received stayed at 2 SIM.

Well, with all this disaster hitting my city, I thought everyone needed some comfort food so I looked at buying a Pizzeria. Good thing I ran the simulation first before just going out and buying stuff.

When I added the Pizzeria into the Simulation, it showed as inactive.

Not only that but it made my Farm inactive as well.

The only way to get these back to active was to add two additional Basic Homes

This made both the Pizzeria and existing Farm back to active.

I was able to get the two Basic Homes and Pizzeria for 1556 SIM tokens.

However since I am trying to build my SIM token holdings, I needed to replace the SIM used for the purchase and buy additional SIM. I am trying to add an additional 2000 SIM to my holdings each week in addition to replacing any SIM used in purchases.

I now have a little over 4000 SIM token holding. Here is my city map after all the changes.
