This post for actual rules for Gondek's Weekly Lottery(GWL).
All edit will saved in post with edit date.

Rules for Gondek's Weekly Lottery 5 of 36. v.0.3

1. Requirement for participation
   1.1. Be "follow" for full reward, half reward for non follow
   1.2. Comment with a record of the ticket format 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 with 5 numbers from 1 to 36 without duplicated.
   1.3. Upvote of the post, half reward for non upvote.

2. Prize fund
   2.1. All income from the post in HBD is directed to the formation of the prize fund.
   2.2. Income from donations in the comments in the proportion of 50/50, where 50% goes to the prize fund, and 50% to the founder.
   2.3. Distribution of the prize fund.
   Prize split between for All who Guess 5 out of 5 - 50%
   Prize split between for All who Guess 4 out of 5 - 25%
   Prize split between for All who Guess 3 out of 5 - 15%
   Prize split between for All who Guess 2 out of 5 - 10%
   2.4. If there is no winner in category in this draw, then the prize fund of this category is added to the next draw in that category.
   2.5. Minimum prize for one winner:
   2 out of 5 - 0.005 HIVE
   3 out of 5 - 0.03 HIVE
   4 out of 5 - 0.2 HIVE
   5 out of 5 - 1 HIVE

1. Conducting the drawing
   3.1. Lottery Schedule
   3.1.1. After creating a post about the event and before paying for this post, tickets for participation are collected.(0-7day)
   3.1.2. After the payout, the draw begins, where posts with a new number in the winning combination will be released within 5 days.(day 8-12)
   3.1.3. After the publication of the post with the 5th number, a post will be formed with a list of the winners of this round.(day 13)
   3.2. Venues
   3.2.1. The publication of the progress of the draw will take place in the blog at the address https://ecency.com/@gondek
   3.2.2. Random number selection tool https://pickerwheel.com/tools/random-number-generator/

2. Payment of prize money
   4.1. The prize money is paid after the announcement of the winners.
